JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Accounts & Taxation Executive ADARSHA CONTROL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED Location: #A-273 & A-274, 6 Main Road, 2 Stage, Peenya Industrial Area, Bengaluru 560 058. Tel: +91 80 4049 3666 Mob: 9242140725 Shivakumar S.A.email: shivakumar@adarshacontrol.com Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day accounting, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries in Tally / ERP / Accounting Software. Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and Input Tax Credit reconciliation indecently. Manage TDS calculations, payments and return filing in Winman software Assist with Income Tax compliance, audits and statutory filings. Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations. Prepare monthly MIS reports, maintain Receivables & Payables, stock reports, etc. Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants and various tax departments. Ensure accurate accounting records and timely statutory compliance. Handle GST notices, queries and departmental correspondence in coordination with auditors/consultants/management. Execute Export authorisations i.e., e-BRC, Duty Drawback, RODTEP, Advance Licence, Certificate of Origin. Coordinate with Bankers for Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credits, Bill Discounting, EDPMS, IDPMS, Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Experience: 4 to 5 years in accounts and taxation, preferably in a Private Limited Company. Skills Required: Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, Income Tax and knowledge of applicable statutory compliance.
