We're looking for an energetic and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at [Restaurant Name], a fast-paced, family-friendly pizza restaurant. As a server, you’ll be the face of our dining experience—providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring our guests enjoy every bite and moment. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly and warmly as they are seated. Present menus, answer questions, and make pizza and drink recommendations. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar. Serve food and beverages in a timely and friendly manner. Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals and service. Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude. Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently. Assist with restaurant cleanliness, including floors, tables, and restrooms. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy shifts. Qualifications: Prior experience as a server is preferred but not required—enthusiastic learners welcome! Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure. Friendly and upbeat personality. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
