WAF Admin

As a WAF Admin, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support for Web Application Firewall (WAF) Management. Your primary skills should include expert-level experience in Web Application Firewall, specifically Cloudflare, with additional skills in Firewall administration & Management for Palo Alto, FortiGate, and Checkpoint. You should have 6 to 8 years of relevant experience and be WAF certified associate. Additionally, you should be ready to work in a 24x7 shift environment. Key Responsibilities: - Designing, planning, implementing, and operating setups and management for WAF - Onboarding/Offboarding web applications - Troubleshooting operational issues reported by application teams - Performing firmware upgrades to stable versions - Closing audit points/vulnerabilities by coordination with internal and external teams - Configuring virtual servers, nodes, pools, and certificates - Creating security policies for web applications - Fine-tuning security policies to enhance application security - Whitelisting attributes like URL parameters and file types based on application requirements - Monitoring event logs and performing configuration backups - Implementing OWASP top 10 compliance and ACL configuration for websites and applications - Maintaining event and log monitoring and configuration backups Qualifications Required: - 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in WAF management - Expertise in Web Application Firewall (Cloudflare) - Proficiency in Palo Alto, FortiGate, and Checkpoint firewall administration - WAF certified associate The company's hiring process includes screening (HR Round), Technical Round 1, Technical Round 2, and Final HR Round.,
