As the VP (Property Manager) at Global Real Estate in Hyderabad, your main objective is to enhance the value of the property portfolio through effective asset and property management practices in Hyderabad. You will be based in Hyderabad and report to the GRE-India Location Manager. **Key Work Responsibilities:** - Deliver day-to-day operational property management requirements, ensuring property and infrastructure availability in line with JPM standards, LOB requirements, and key performance deliverables. - Collaborate with security, technology, dining, transport, and other support partners to provide a safe and healthy environment for staff and clients. - Report incidents following approved protocols, conduct root cause analysis, and support resiliency and business continuity exercises. - Proactively maintain the property by monitoring maintenance reports, forecasting required maintenance, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring sustainability initiatives and energy management goals are met. - Drive large-scale employee migrations to new campuses and coordinate timely exits from existing premises. - Engage regularly with key LOB Managers and Local Management Committee Members to improve service delivery and communicate process improvements. - Implement workplace experience models and technology-based feedback management for customer-focused initiatives. - Manage JLL contract service delivery, monitor KPIs, track costs, and ensure compliance with local laws. - Work closely with LL building management to ensure delivery of base building services and manage critical asset replacement projects. **Qualifications:** - Engineering Graduate or Hotel Management Bachelor's degree. - Minimum 15 years of experience managing Real Estate property operations, preferably with a significant portion in multinational financial institutions.
