Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Voice Representative to join our support team. As a key point of contact for international customers, you will handle outbound calls, provide exceptional service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction across various markets. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound voice calls with customers across UK and AUS markets. Provide accurate information, assistance, and support regarding services. Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer the best solutions to customers. Log customer interactions and follow up where necessary using CRM tools. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Adhere to communication scripts, guidelines, and quality standards. Stay up-to-date with product updates, policy changes, and international market nuances. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Freshers or Minimum 6 months of experience in a voice-based customer service or call center role (International preferred). Fluent in English. Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with the following shift timing β o AU β 5am β 2pm o UK β 2pm β 11pm Proficiency in using customer service software, call center systems, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Enthusiastic and Good speaking and understanding skills. Looking for a stable career option in BPO.
