Role Overview: We’re looking for an enthusiastic International Voice Agent to join our outbound Customer Service team. This role involves connecting with clients in the UK and AU, helping drive business growth. You’ll receive specialized training to develop a UK accent and communicate effectively with international clients. Key Responsibilities: Outbound Client Outreach: Contact potential clients in the UK and AU, introduce our services, and explore new business opportunities. Lead Generation & Qualification: Listen to client needs, identify opportunities, and qualify leads. CRM Management: Maintain organized client records for efficient follow-ups. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client connections, guiding leads through the sales pipeline. Team Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing to design effective lead generation strategies. Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends to position our services effectively. Qualifications: Language Proficiency: Strong English communication skills (UK/AU accent training provided). Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience is a plus. Education: Graduates or current students are encouraged to apply. Location: Preferably from Mansarovar or nearby. Skills: Adaptable, client-focused, passionate about learning and growth. Perks and Benefits: Fixed Shifts: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (IST) or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (IST). Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹20,000 in-hand, with bonuses up to ₹35,000 and additional perks. Work Schedule: Fixed 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday). Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (Office-based). Transportation: Complimentary one-way cab service.
