Job Description – Tamil Voice Process Executive

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹18,500 per month

Languages Required: Fluent Tamil and excellent English communication skills

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Communicate professionally with customers in Tamil and English.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer records and update call details.
• Achieve daily call-handling and customer service targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in Tamil is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹18,500.
