Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the Hindi Voice Process in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer service through effective communication in Hindi.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Communicate fluently with customers in Hindi.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow company policies and call-handling procedures.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in spoken Hindi is mandatory.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.
• Kannada or other regional language skills will be an added advantage.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
