About the Role: As a Customer Support Associate – Voice, you will be handling inbound voice calls, primarily internal calls with no sales targets. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers with their queries and providing efficient resolutions, focusing on key parameters like Average Handling Time (AHT). Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer queries over the phone. Provide accurate and timely information and solutions. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Adhere to communication protocols and company policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Locations & Language Requirements: We require candidates who are proficient in English and at least one of the regional languages listed below for their respective locations. LocationLanguage RequirementsMonthly Stipend Range (INR)BangaloreKannada, Hindi, & English13,000 – 16,000 Shift Timings: 9 hours per day (including a 60-minute break). 6-day work week. Rotational shifts (24/7 environment). Typical shifts include 9 AM to 5 PM, 10 AM to 6 PM. Late evening/night shifts (e.g., 3 PM to 12 AM, 4 PM to 1 AM, 5 PM to 2 AM, 6 PM to 3 AM) are also part of the rotation. Company-arranged drop-off service will be provided for shifts ending after 9:30 PM.
