Role Overview We’re looking for a Videographer cum Video Editor who can handle end-to-end video production — from shooting high-quality content to editing engaging short-form videos for social media. You’ll work closely with our creative and performance marketing teams to produce content that converts. Key Responsibilities Shoot high-quality videos for clients (mainly aesthetic clinics, business coaches, and premium brands). Plan, set up, and execute shoots — including framing, lighting, and sound. Edit short-form content (Reels, Ads, YouTube Shorts) in a fast-paced, trendy style. Create clean, high-retention edits optimized for Meta and Instagram performance. Collaborate with the creative director and marketing team to bring ideas to life. Manage raw footage, maintain organized file storage, and ensure timely delivery. Stay updated with current editing styles, trends, and social media best practices. Requirements 1+ year of experience in both videography and editing. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro. Basic understanding of lighting, color grading, and framing. Ability to work on tight deadlines and deliver consistent results. Creative mindset and storytelling ability. Experience with short-form content for Instagram and Meta ads preferred. Must be comfortable working on-site for shoots across Bangalore. Explain the clinic’s services — PRP, laser treatments, facials, body contouring, etc. — confidently and clearly. Maintain a friendly, professional, and trustworthy tone throughout all interactions. Follow a structured call script while personalizing based on each lead’s needs. Schedule appointments or walk-ins for interested leads. 2. Lead Qualification Identify whether a lead is a genuine potential client, a price shopper, or a casual inquirer. Record lead status properly (Hot, Warm, Cold, Not Interested, Invalid, etc.). Pass only high-quality leads to the client’s front desk for walk-in confirmation. 3. Lead Nurturing Follow up multiple times via WhatsApp and calls — at the right intervals — until the lead converts or drops off. Send brochures, offers, and service details through WhatsApp templates. Keep leads engaged and updated about any offers or promotions. 4. Reporting & CRM Management Update every call and follow-up in the CRM or Excel sheet daily. Maintain accurate records of call outcomes, reasons for rejection, and conversion status. Report daily and weekly performance to the marketing manager. 5. Communication & Collaboration Coordinate with the marketing and ad team to understand the clinic’s ongoing campaigns and offers. Provide feedback from customer conversations — what people are asking, objecting to, or interested in — so the ad team can optimize campaigns. Communicate effectively with clinic staff to ensure confirmed walk-ins are handled properly.
