We specialize in crafting complex components with tight tolerances for various industries including automotive, transport, pneumatics, hydraulics, mining, agriculture, and general engineering sectors. **Key Responsibilities:** - CNC Turning: Diameter range from 1.0 mm to 600 mm, covering small intricate shafts to large precision housings - VMC Machining: Vertical Machining Centers with 4th Axis capability for complex part geometries - EDM Wire Cutting: High-accuracy contour cutting for intricate components and tight tolerances - Threading & Tapping: Metric, UN, BSP, and NPT thread standards across various materials - Custom Fabrication: Light-to-medium fabrication of industrial brackets, base frames, and assemblies - Prototyping & Reverse Engineering: Sample-to-CAD conversion and low-volume functional prototypes **Qualifications Required:** - 2 to 3 years experience in CNC turning, VMC operation, or fabrication preferred - Freshers are also welcome as full training and mentorship will be provided - Mechanical Engineering Graduates (DME/BE) are encouraged to apply Sun Tech Engineers is known for its modern infrastructure, multi-axis machinery, and global export reach.
