Job Description

Role: Set up and prepare VMC machines for production. Responsibilities: Set tools, fixtures, and offsets for new jobs Load CNC programs and verify machining paths Perform first-piece inspection and confirm dimensions Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and program issues Guide operators during production Track tool life and maintain setup documentation Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Machining/Tooling Minimum 2+ years of experience as VMC Setter Strong understanding of VMC setup, tooling, offsets, and basic programming Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
