VMC Programmer/Operator

Skills and experience:

• Experience and knowledge of MasterCam programming
• Strong background in programming CNC & VMC machinery
• Knowledge of JIG and Fixture Design
• Software skills - Solid edge, Solid edge CAD/NX CAM, AutoCad
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Experience in VMC operating and programming

Full job description:

• Set up and operate VMC machines
• MasterCam Program parts in 2D and 3D
• Verify machine settings and program data
• Post programs to the machine
• Set controls and regulate speed, feed, coolant flow, and angle of cut
• Monitor action plans, rework, and rejection
• Support production requirements
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Modify and optimize existing programs
• Perform machine maintenance and tool calibration
• Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions or programming errors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
