• BE / BTech / DME / GTTC / NTTF. (2posts)
• ·Experience in Mechanical CAM software like Solidworks, Fusion 360.
• Experience in fourth axis programming, indexing and continuous rotation operations.
• Fixturing strategies and orientation for rotary machining.
• Managing part positioning and toolpath wrapping around cylindrical features.
• 3D surface machining, generation of 3D toolpaths for complex surfaces.
• Understanding of strategies like Z-level finishing, rest machining, scallop and morphing, simulation and collision detection.
• Experience on Fanuc controller.
• Knowledge of machine limits, spindle speeds, and axis behaviour.
• Feeds and speeds calculation and optimization based on material, cutter, depth of cut, and machine capability
• .Using CAM simulation tools to detect collision, over-travel, or tool gouging.
• CAM to CNC workflow, transferring programs securely and effectively, toolpath verification on machine (dry run, block delete etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
