VMC / HMC Operators

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor VMC/HMC machines for tasks like turning, boring, facing, and threading.
• Setup & Programming: Install tools, fixtures, and workpieces; load/adjust programs, offsets, speeds, and feeds.
• Quality Control: Perform first-piece inspection, in-process checks, and final product quality checks using measuring instruments.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machinery.
• Documentation: Maintain production logs, machine performance records, and daily reports.
• Collaboration: Work with programmers and production teams for process improvement.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to all safety protocols (EHS) and maintain a clean workspace (5S).

QUALIFICATION :

ITI / Diploma / BE / Other technical courses

As per company norms

Experience:

Freshers / Min 1 - 15 Years machine experience
