VMC AND HMC Operator

As a VMC and HMC Operator at Mech "N" Tech Engineers, you will play a crucial role in setting up, operating, and maintaining Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC). Located in Coimbatore, this full-time on-site position entails preparing and loading raw materials, adjusting machine settings, monitoring operations, inspecting finished products, and conducting regular maintenance to uphold optimal performance and safety standards. To excel in this role, you must possess experience in operating, setting up, and maintaining VMC and HMC machines. Your proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and technical drawings will be essential, alongside your adeptness in using measurement tools and gauges for quality control. Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and adherence to safety protocols are imperative for success in this position. Furthermore, effective communication and teamwork abilities are key attributes that will contribute to your achievements. While prior experience in CNC machining is advantageous, it is not mandatory. However, holding a diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
