VMC 5-Axis Machine Operator & Mitsubishi Controller

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as an experienced VMC 5-axis machine operator with proficiency in operating and maintaining VMC 5-axis machines with a Mitsubishi controller. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient production and meeting quality standards through the operation of the VMC 5-axis machine. Key Responsibilities: - Safely and efficiently operate the VMC 5-axis machine with a Mitsubishi controller to perform complex machining operations. - Utilize the Mitsubishi controller to program and edit CNC codes for accurate and efficient machining operations. - Load and unload parts, tools, and fixtures onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and securement. - Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating machines for optimal performance and longevity. - Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets, share knowledge, and improve processes. - Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols, reporting hazards, and participating in safety training.
