Technology Computer Aided Design tools are critical to accelerate the technology development and deployment in our Fabs. As part of a Global R&D Team, we are seeking to strengthen our Singapore TCAD team with a highly motivated Individual with TCAD Industry experience. The candidate brings passion for semiconductor technologies and devices, strives for high-quality work, and is willing to drive optimization and projection activities in a collaborative, dynamic and rewarding environment. Responsibilities: Provide TCAD Support to the Product Lines, encompassing High Voltage Device and Isolation architectures. Apply commercial simulation software to mimic semiconductor process flows and device performance and drive the opportunities for device optimization. Timely communication and delivery of TCAD Work packages including and not limited to High Voltage Mixde Signal DC, RF, ESD, LargeSignal analysis after careful calibration of the models based on measurements. Drive deep interaction with integration, device, and design engineers to assure development of a working technology. Anticipate integration/process issues, based on inputs from integration, process or design enablement teams. Drive technology decisions. As an Experienced Engineer, you are expected to i) Lead medium to large projects and assignments, ii) Coach/mentor less experienced staff and influence others as a technical leader, iii) Participate in and/or leads cross-functional teams across sites. iv) Initiates projects with suppliers. Required Qualifications Minimum experience: PhD + 1-2 years, BS + 5-6 years, or MS + 4-5 years of experience. Excellent knowledge of commercially available TCAD tools. A few years of full-time TCAD Industry experience is a must. Broad exposure to technology development topics and associated mindset. Excellent knowledge of VLSI Fabrication processes. Very good knowledge of Semiconductor Device Physics and Expertise in at least one domain related to CMOS fabrication or modeling. Ability to drive a small team to solve complex problems. Ability to deliver under time pressure. Your Job overall in High Voltage Development with TCAD Support DOE planning and execute Engineering split on engineering wafers and analysis Own and run lots while learning the process development BCD/BCDlite device development. BCD/BCDlite and HV Device testing/benching and engineering report generation. Work and coordinate with Failure analysis and reliability team for process and reliability issues Support BCD/BCDlite CMOS and BJT Device test structure layout. Bachelor's / Masters or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Microelectronics or Physics or equivalent Any Knowledge or prior experience in Process Integration / Technology development will be an added advantage Experience in High Voltage CMOS/BCDMOS process development will be an added advantage
