Key Responsibilities: Create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities in line with curriculum guidelines. Use storytelling, games, music, art, and play-based methods to engage students. Maintaining productive working habits and discipline in the classroom. Monitoring student behaviour throughout the day, including break hours. Prepare teaching materials and keep the classroom clean and organized Maintain an open line of communication with parents and provide appropriate information Facilitating the all-round development of all children, helping them to reach their full potential Observe each child to support their social skills and build self-esteem. Skills and Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, enthusiasm, and a nurturing attitude. Creative and adaptable teaching methods.
