Vivala Beverages – Delivering trusted hydration across Telangana. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company’s client base. Responsibilities include generating leads, negotiating contracts, exploring new markets, preparing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves contributing to marketing strategies and attending meetings with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute business plans to expand the 20L water supply network in the assigned territory. Identify and onboard new corporate, institutional, and residential clients . Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Executives for lead generation and conversion. Accountable for overseeing lead management systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission of detailed MIS reports on team performance, client acquisition, and sales progress to the company management. Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer retention. Handle pricing negotiations, proposal presentations, and key account management. Plan and oversee marketing activations, local branding, and sampling campaigns. Track competitors, market trends, and share performance reports with management. Ensure smooth coordination with logistics and operations for order fulfillment and delivery. Qualifications & Experience Experience: 5–8 years in B2B Sales / Institutional Sales Industry: FMCG / Beverages / Corporate Gifting Education: Graduate / MBA (preferred) Work Location Experience (Mandatory): Hyderabad (Strong network in Hyderabad’s corporate & residential ecosystem) Skills Business Development and Sales Experience, with proven ability to meet or exceed targets Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Market Research and Analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and trends Proficiency in Relationship Management and Client Acquisition Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement experience Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of the packaged drinking water industry or similar FMCG sectors is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Preferred Locations: Cyberabad | Madhapur | Gachibowli | Kukatpally | Bowenpally | Kompally | Shamirpet | Medchal | Suchitra | Alwal To Apply: Send your resume to hrvivalabeverages@gmail.com with the subject line: 👉 “Application for BDM – 20L Water Supply Unit”
