The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing and a passion for electric and hybrid electric vehicles. You will be responsible for testing and validating control modules for electric powertrains, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance Your Key Responsibilities: Execution of software functionality and safety tests on target systems like vehicle, dyno, HIL and SW test benches and validate Electrical Machine and Inverter Control Modules.Develop and execute HIL test automation scripts using Python and XML.Utilize dSPACE HIL Simulator systems, INCA, and Trace32 tools for testing.Perform OBD and OBD on UDS diagnostic testing.Manage and track requirements using DOORS, IMS, Jira and Polarion.Conduct CAN protocol testing (CAN, CANFD, LIN, Flex-Ray, and Ethernet).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.Document test results, provide detailed report and manage test incident reporting.
