We are seeking a highly organized and creatively driven Visual Media Coordinator to manage, plan, and execute multimedia content across various platforms. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the artistic and logistical sides of visual storytelling—from video production to social content planning.

• Basic knowledge of photography, cinematography, and visual storytelling.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Good eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of content publishing on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and WordPress.

Responsible For

• Coordinate and schedule photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns, events, and brand storytelling.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors (videographers, photographers, editors) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Manage the end-to-end production pipeline — pre-production planning, shoot logistics, post-production follow-ups.
• Organize and maintain a media library of photos, videos, and graphics.
• Oversee content distribution across social media, websites, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with designers and content writers to ensure brand consistency in all visuals.
• Track engagement and analytics for visual content to inform strategy.

Additional Requirements

• Ability to shoot basic photo/video content using DSLR or mobile setup.
• Experience with motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Canva Pro, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO for YouTube and social video optimization.
• Understanding of live streaming tools and basic broadcast setup.
