Visual Designer (Senior Level)

The Role: We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to design products and platforms that meet people's needs. As a UI/UX Designer, you will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance the user experience. Your role will require you to be an analytical and creative designer who can understand user needs and solve problems effectively. A strong portfolio showcasing successful UX and technical projects is essential for this position. Your primary goal will be to make our product more user-friendly and intuitive, aiming to attract and retain customers. Key Responsibilities: - Understand product specifications and user psychology. - Conduct user research and surveys on design trends and usability to gain insight into user needs, following the design thinking approach. - Design visually appealing and consistent user interfaces based on research and in adherence to brand guidelines. - Develop high-quality icons, buttons, images, and graphical assets to enhance the overall UI. - Ensure that responsive design principles are applied to deliver a seamless experience across various devices and screen sizes. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate design concepts into functional products. - Advocate for the user, championing user-centered design principles, and ensuring that design decisions align with user needs. - Embrace an iterative design process, continuously refining and improving designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and project requirements. - Create personas, user journeys, and prototypes to showcase the final product's appearance. Requirements and Skills: - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator), or other UI/UX design software. - Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. - Strong problem-solving aptitude. - Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approaches. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
