Participate in brainstorming sessions Independently handle Request Communicate effectively Innovate actively Ability to multitask and work under pressureRelationships: Report to Media Lead Coordinate with internal Instructional Design team and Technology team for media assets development.Requirements: Educational Qualification:Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or in any related field.Experience:Proven experience (6 to 10 years) working as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.Technical skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. Should have basic knowledge of Generative AI.Creativity and Design skills: Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Ability to participate actively in brainstorming/ideation sessions to bring in new ideas. Ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas. Attention to details is a must. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and receive feedback. Strong organizational skills. Open to learning and adapting to new tools, techniques, and design trends. Experience with web design, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics is a plus. Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving ability, and a passion for design innovation.
