Position Summary

Visual Content Specialist

Experience with social media content creation and platform best practices is preferred.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia Production, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 24+ years of experience in graphic design of both print-ready documents and video.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience creating content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Understanding of modern design principles, composition, typography, and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in B2B, industrial, or manufacturing environments is a plus, but not required.

Key Competencies

• Video creation and editing experience.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of digital ads formats (display, social, retargeting).
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) is strongly preferred.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Create high-quality graphics for print and digital channels (ads, brochures, catalogs, email campaigns, product sheets, trade show assets, etc.).
• Develop visuals for the website, landing pages, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and elevates brand consistency.
• Assist with product imagery and layout design.
• Receive raw footage and be able to edit short-form and long-form video content, including product demos, customer spotlights, instructional videos, trade show content, and social media clips.
• Adhere to video post-production workflows.
• Maintain a library of video assets and organize footage for future use.
• Assist the marketing team with social media content creation and ideation across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Adapt visual content for each platforms format and best practices.
• Collaborate on social content calendars and engagement strategies.
• Work with the Marketing Manager, Marketing Specialist, and external agency partners to support integrated campaigns.
• Translate complex technical product information into clear, compelling visuals.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance Bailey’s visual identity and digital presence.

• This position requires the ability to work in an office environment as well as from home. Must be able to operate a telephone, computer, calculator, and any other required office equipment. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.

Work Environment

• 5 days working (Monday through Friday). Out of the 5 days, this position requires to overlap working hours with the working hours of our team in the USA 3-4 days a week (2.00 PM to 10.30 PM India time). A work-from-home option will be available when working hours overlap with those in the USA.
• Pay scale as per Industry standards.
