Role & responsibilities : 1) Ensuring On time & In Full deliveries towards the customers with the First Time Right quality approach. 2) Developing initiatives to streamline/ enhance production processes following the Lean manufacturing concepts. 3) Assess and ensure manufacturing readiness for NPI within defined timeline with respect to technology, capacity, manning and infrastructure, augmentation of existing lines at the unit for capacity optimization. 4) Reviewing material shortages on routine basis. 5) Active participation to support R&D & Supply chain in indigenisation of components. 6) Maintenance of all production equipment in line with the production requirements (schedules, etc.) minimizing breakdowns. 7) Shop floor rejection control, inventory control and EHS. 8) Ensuring the production processes are in compliance to the EN/AS9100. 9) Taking initiative & supporting Q.A in swift resolution of Non-conformities and customer complaints. 10) Understanding the training needs of employees & imparting them for max. skill enhancement. 11) Understanding & ensuring the required regulatory guidelines and the timely accreditation of all certificates. 12) Timely calibration/Validation of tools and equipments used on the shop floor 13) BOM prepration for BTP(Built to Print Projects), Configuration Control Matrix, appropiate tooling selection. 14) Kaizens/ Shop floor improvements, Ensuring safety of employees during working on shop floor. 15) Contol Plan, FMEA, CAPA prepration & documentation as per AS9100D standard. Preferred candidate profile : Should be from defense and aerospace industry
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding 1. Manage end to end recruitment and organisational structure: Job postings, sourcing, interviewing and offer management. 2.Host internal recruitment events & employer branding initiatives 3. Design and enhance onboarding processes for new hires. Leave and Attendance Management 4. Monitor and manage attendance and leave records through HRMS or manual systems. Statutory Compliance 5. Must have sound knowledge of all HR compliance. 6. Ensure timely submission of statutory returns (PF, ESI, Gratuity etc) 7. Maintain compliance records and audit-ready documentation. 8. Liaise with government departments and labor consultants as required. 9. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations. Off-Roll/ Contractual Manpower Management 10. Track and manage attendance and payments for off-roll manpower 11. Coordinate with contractors/vendors for compliance documents (PF, ESI, wage slips) 12. Verify bills and support documentation for vendor payments 13. Ensure adherence to minimum wages and contract labor regulations
