Job Title: Store Executive Location: Vissco Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., Umargaon Factory Department: Stores & Inventory Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Manager Role Overview: The Store Executive at Vissco Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., https://vissconext.com Umargaon Factory is responsible for the effective and efficient management of daily store operations. This role ensures the accurate maintenance of inventory, materials, and transaction records through the SAP system , while coordinating with departments such as PPC, Purchase, QA/QC, and Accounts. The position demands strict compliance with inventory procedures, timely reporting, and maintenance of stock discipline including FIFO. The executive is also responsible for regular audits, process improvements, and ensuring material availability to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Inventory & Material Management: Raise material requirements for all textile-related items and follow up for timely procurement. Ensure all material requisitions and updates are generated and recorded accurately through SAP . Conduct weekly physical audits of 15 items and submit variance reports with root causes to all concerned departments. Maintain First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation and ensure bin card entries are updated promptly. Update daily Raw Material (RM) stock in SAP and communicate discrepancies to the Plant Head and Accounts. Highlight critical material shortages in advance to the Purchase and PPC teams. Share weekly RM stock statements with management. Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory; recommend actions for disposal or utilization. Maintain optimal stock levels of consumables and local purchase items. Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and space utilization of materials in the store. Quality & Coordination: Collaborate with QA/QC and vendors to address and resolve any quality issues raised by production. Inform senior management of any material rate changes in a timely manner. Report material rejections to the Purchase team within 8 hours of receipt. System Operations & Compliance: Ensure all transactions including job work, receipts, and intercompany transfers are executed through SAP. Conduct regular stock reconciliations to ensure alignment between physical stock and SAP records . Maintain documentation and compliance as per company and audit standards. Process Improvement & Reporting: Drive 5 Kaizen improvements per month focused on store efficiency and operational excellence. Track and report slow-moving/obsolete inventory for management decision-making. Oversee petty cash disbursement for approved local purchases, staff meals, and minor medical expenses. General Responsibilities: Keep the store clean, well-organized, and audit-ready at all times. Conduct regular internal audits to verify stock accuracy and report anomalies. Ensure safety protocols and best practices are followed within the store. Preferred candidate profile : Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field. 35 years of experience in store/inventory management in a manufacturing environment. Strong hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office tools. Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Role Overview The Head of Production Mobility Division will be responsible for managing the end-to-end manufacturing operations at our Umbergaon facility. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality output, operational excellence, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of mobility products. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles, and a proven track record of managing high-performance production teams. Key Responsibilities Production & Operations Management Lead and manage daily production activities to meet defined output, quality, and efficiency goals. Drive lean manufacturing practices and implement automation and process optimization strategies. Ensure adherence to production schedules, minimizing downtime and eliminating bottlenecks. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory norms, and SOPs. Partner with the Quality team to address product defects, customer complaints, and process deviations. Champion continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5S. Team Leadership & Development Build and mentor a high-performing production team; promote a culture of ownership and accountability. Identify training needs and implement programs to upskill operators and supervisors. Uphold workplace safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Supply Chain & Inventory Coordination Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure timely availability of raw materials. Optimize inventory levels to balance cost control and production requirements. Support procurement in vendor performance improvement and material quality assurance. Cost Optimization & Efficiency Improvement Monitor production costs, identify wastage, and implement resource optimization strategies. Leverage data analytics for production planning and operational decisions. Identify automation opportunities to enhance throughput and profitability. Cross-functional Collaboration Coordinate with R&D, Product Design, and NPD teams for seamless new product introductions. Align production planning with sales forecasts and market demand. Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering teams to ensure optimal equipment performance. Key Requirements Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 1218 years in production management, preferably in medical devices, rehabilitation aids, or consumer durables. Core Competencies Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Deep expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement. Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning tools. Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards for medical or healthcare products (preferred).
