Role Overview: As a School Relationship Officer, your main responsibility is to be the first point of contact for all visitors, parents, and stakeholders entering the school campus. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and professional first impression. You will be in charge of handling appointments, visitor protocols, and ensuring effective communication while upholding the values and standards of the school. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and stakeholders entering the school campus - Manage appointments and ensure they are handled smoothly - Follow visitor protocols to maintain safety and security on the premises - Communicate effectively with all individuals while representing the school professionally - Maintain digital records and track appointments using strong computer skills - Handle unexpected situations with professionalism and poise Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage - Pleasant personality with a service-oriented approach - Strong interpersonal skills and patience - Ability to manage unexpected situations professionally - Strong computer skills for maintaining digital records and appointment tracking - Punctual, responsible, and organized Please note that the job type for this position is full-time and the work location is in person.
