Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer (3–4 years of experience) to join our Services Development Team for the Gujarat region. In this role, you will: Prospect and develop relationships with strategic customers . Identify opportunities in modernization, reliability, and advanced automation services . Deliver consultative, solution-based selling in areas such as: Power system upgrades & retrofits Switchgear, substations, and industrial power distribution Earthing systems, surge & lightning protection Protective relays, Protection with automation, measurement & testing services Key Responsibilities Generate new business through regular client visits, interactions, and proposals . Understand client requirements, pain points, and specifications , and offer the right solutions. Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, including upselling and cross-selling . Conduct presentations and demonstrations to individuals and groups. Track and manage opportunities from lead identification to closure. Maintain accurate customer/project databases and reports . Collaborate with the senior team to expand and strengthen our territory presence. Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Power Systems / Electronics Engineering (preferred). 3–4 years of experience in technical services or solutions sales. Knowledge/experience in one or more areas: Power systems, switchgear retrofitting, protective relays, industrial distribution Earthing, lightning, and surge protection systems Substations and transmission systems Field measurement & testing (added advantage) Strong solution-selling and consultative approach . Travel Requirement This role requires regular travel across Gujarat to engage with customers, identify leads, and map opportunities.
