Key ResponsibilitiesReception & Patient Handling Greet patients/visitors warmly and make them feel comfortable. Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and consultation bookings (in-person & telephonic). Guide patients regarding Panchkarma therapies, consultation process, and clinic facilities. Communication & Coordination Answer incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries professionally. Coordinate between doctors, therapists, and patients for smooth treatment flow. Maintain records of patient appointments, follow-ups, and therapy schedules. Administration & Record Keeping Maintain patient files, consent forms, and daily registers. Ensure proper billing, invoicing, and receipt generation. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of reception and waiting area. Support in Panchkarma Operations Inform patients about pre-therapy and post-therapy instructions. Provide basic information on treatments/packages as guided by doctors. Assist in managing inventory (basic front desk items, forms, and therapy materials coordination with staff). Customer Service & Relationship Management Handle patient feedback, complaints, or concerns politely and promptly. Promote ongoing wellness programs, therapy packages, or special offers. Ensure high-quality patient experience aligned with Ayurveda’s healing philosophy. Skills & Competencies RequiredPleasant personality with excellent communication (English & Hindi; local language preferred). Strong organizational & multitasking skills. Knowledge of Ayurveda / Panchkarma treatments (basic level; training can be provided). Computer proficiency: MS Office, billing software, appointment management tools. Patient-friendly, empathetic, and service-oriented mindset. QualificationsGraduate (any discipline, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or management). Prior experience as Front Desk Executive / Receptionist in healthcare, spa, or wellness center preferred. Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered. Key Responsibilities:Administer Panchkarma therapies (e.g., Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Basti, Swedana, Nasya, Vamana, Virechana, Raktamokshana, etc.) as advised by the physician. Prepare herbal oils, decoctions, and other Ayurvedic medicines required for therapies. Ensure hygienic and safe preparation of therapy rooms and equipment. Guide and assist patients before, during, and after the therapy for their comfort and relaxation. Maintain accurate therapy records and report patient progress to the physician. Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) of Panchkarma practices. Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and a healing atmosphere within the therapy unit. Provide basic lifestyle and diet instructions to patients as guided by the doctor. Uphold patient confidentiality, dignity, and compassionate care. Qualifications & Skills Required:Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Panchkarma Therapy Minimum [1–2 years] experience in Panchkarma therapy In-depth knowledge of Ayurveda and Panchkarma principles. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit to perform therapies requiring manual strength and stamina. Compassionate, patient-friendly, and service-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, reception, washrooms, and all clinic areas. Ensure daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitization of the premises. Disinfect therapy rooms, massage tables, beds, and equipment as per SOPs. Handle linen (washing, drying, ironing, folding, and storing) as per hygiene standards. Collect and dispose of medical and general waste safely. Replenish supplies (toiletries, tissues, cleaning materials, drinking water, etc.). Assist in setting up rooms before and after patient treatments. Report maintenance issues (plumbing, electrical, furniture, etc.) promptly. Follow infection control protocols and maintain hygiene in patient care areas. Ensure patient comfort by keeping the environment neat and pleasant. Qualifications & Skills Required:Minimum 8th/10th standard pass (preferred but not compulsory). Prior experience in housekeeping (healthcare/hospital/clinic preferred). Knowledge of cleaning practices, disinfectants, and waste disposal methods. Physically fit, disciplined, and punctual. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and extended hours if required.
