Create and maintain thorough, accurate, and concise end user documentation. Rewrite the existing documents (owners, maintenance & safety manuals) with European safety standards. Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet all documentation deliverable deadlines. Manage workload and achieve results with minimal supervision. Report project status to key stakeholders. Essential Skills: Proficient in Arbortext Editor, DITA/XML authoring tool. Proficient in MS Word, Adobe In-design & Adobe Acrobat Professional. Knowledge on graphic tools, such as Isodraw, Adobe illustrator & Photoshop. Ability to communicate effectively with Global teams. Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process. Excellent written and oral communication skills Desired Skills: Experience in content management system (CMS) such as Windchill, SMC & Docuglobe. Experience in document translation with multi languages. Strong creative problem-solving mind-set.
