Position: Villa Acquisition Manager / Executive

Location : Alibag, Maharashtra

Roles & Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing:

Identify & source premium villas
Connect with villa owners, developers & real estate agentsConduct property visits & evaluationsNegotiate terms and close villa partnershipsMaintain a strong acquisition pipelineCoordinate with internal teams for smooth onboardingAchieve monthly/quarterly acquisition targets

Skills Required

What we’re looking for:

2–3 years’ experience (or MBA marketing freshers with good enthusiasm) in villa/hotel, acquisition, sales, business development or hospitality

• Hospitality background if preferred or not good client handling skills
• Excellent convincing & communication skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Own laptop – Mandatory
• Own bike + valid driving license – Mandatory
