I am a student of YVN vashi for more than 6yrs...during COVID,the centre continued with online classes....the teachers at YVN are very dedicated and gives personal attention too....their love n care makes us emotionally n physically strong ....with yoga exercises ofcourse...i recommend these classes 100%.

Excellent trained teachers who are constantly guiding for achieving correct posture. The classes are conducted in same manner at all centres. They start with relaxation, goes into final posture, prana dharma, release and relax. We conserve the energy and entire day we fulfill our duties with balanced mind.
