Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist (with Video Production Skills)Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who can not only edit and animate but also handle the end-to-end video production process. The ideal candidate will be skilled in storytelling, planning shoots, coordinating with teams, strategizing video content, and leading projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:1. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for advertising campaigns, social media, brand films, and other marketing assets.
• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Apply color grading, sound design, and audio syncing for professional output.

2. Video Production & Shooting

• Plan, prepare, and execute video shoots, including concept development, shot listing, location scouting, and equipment setup.
• Operate cameras and lighting equipment to capture high-quality footage.
• Direct on-location shoots ensuring smooth workflow and creative vision alignment.

3. Project Planning & Coordination

• Work with creative directors, copywriters, designers, and clients to develop video concepts aligned with campaign goals.
• Coordinate with production teams, freelancers, and vendors for resources and logistics.
• Create and maintain project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

4. Creative Strategy & Campaign Support

• Strategize video content based on target audience, platform trends, and brand positioning.
• Suggest innovative video formats, storytelling techniques, and creative approaches.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing, animation, and content marketing.

5. Leadership & Execution

• Take ownership of video projects from start to finish.
• Lead junior video editors or freelancers when required.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video outputs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and full-cycle video production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
• Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and sound recording.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Creativity with a strong sense of visual storytelling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
