Videographer and editor

We are hiring a Videographer + Video Editor who is equally skilled at both shooting and editing high-quality, scroll-stopping video content for Instagram, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos. Must know how to grab attention within the first 3 seconds, tell visually appealing stories, and package content that drives views, shares, and saves.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot videos (on-site at kitchen/studio/client locations) for food prep, founder stories, ads, team behind-the-scenes, etc.
• Edit videos for Reels, Shorts, and YouTube with trending cuts, captions, animations, music, and transitions
• Handle lighting, framing, and audio independently during shoots
• Produce required number of high-quality videos per week based on brand strategy
• Optimize aspect ratios and formats for social media platforms
• Collaborate with founders, designers, and social media managers
• Keep up with latest trends, editing styles, and viral formats

Requirements

• Experience in both shooting & editing Preferred Qualities
• A passion for food, health, or lifestyle content
• Comfortable taking initiative and experimenting with fresh content ideas
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva for quick edits
• Bonus: Motion graphics or animation skills
• Strong portfolio of Reels, YouTube Shorts, product videos, and storytelling content (please share)
• Skilled in using DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, or phone rigs effectively
• Clear sense of framing, lighting, pacing, and color grading
• Knowledge of trending music, text overlays, meme culture, and viral video hooks

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
