About the work from home job/internship

Key responsibilities:

1. Join founder on on-site shoots at integrative hospitals, day clinics, and retreats in/around Bangalore.
2. Co-create hook, script, and shot flow; capture B-roll and close treatment shots.3. Edit per location: 2-3 short reels (20-45s each) + 1 two-minute cut; add captions,4. clean audio, cover frame (1080 1920 @30fps).5. On non-shoot days, design weekly social posts as per the template (3-5 posts/week) and prep cover frames/copy.6. Maintain file naming, backups, and a simple asset library.Follow consent-first practices; blur faces when needed; avoid definitive medical claims. Skill(s) required Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro Video Editing Video Making Earn certifications in these skills Learn Adobe Photoshop Learn Adobe Premiere Pro Learn Video Editing

1. Portfolio with 3 best reels.

2. Own smartphone suitable for 4K recording; basic lav mic a plus. able to work with GoPro Hero 9, Insta360.

3. Comfortable traveling within Bangalore (week/weekends); occasional weekend shoots with comp-off.

4. Immediate start; 5-month internship with possible extension.

5. Bangalore-based - easy-to-use public transport or own transport

6. Graphical background - comfortable with social media channels
