As a detail-oriented and creative YouTube Publisher, your role will involve managing and growing the Hindi YouTube channel (Times Now Navbharat). You should have a strong knowledge of the YouTube platform, expertise in publishing workflows, and proficiency in Hindi typing. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the YouTube channel for Hindi content. - Cut, edit, and publish videos in a timely manner as per editorial requirements. - Write accurate and engaging Hindi titles, descriptions, and tags following platform hygiene. - Create and update video thumbnails using tools like Canva and Photopea. - Ensure SEO optimization and proper keyword usage. - Stay updated on trending news and events. - Monitor video performance using YouTube Studio & Analytics. - Ensure compliance with YouTube's community guidelines, copyright policies, and monetization rules. - Collaborate with editorial, production, and social teams for smooth publishing. Qualifications Required: - Proficient in Hindi typing (mandatory). - Prior experience in handling YouTube channels or digital video publishing. - Familiarity with YouTube Studio and analytics tools. - Basic knowledge of video editing and clipping tools. - Understanding of SEO practices for YouTube. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Attention to detail and creativity in packaging videos.
