Video & Graphic Design Specialist

Role Overview: As a Video & Graphic Design Specialist at TechTez, your main responsibility will be to create engaging visual content for TechTez's YouTube and digital channels. You will be tasked with translating technical and enterprise-tech concepts into compelling videos, graphics, and brand assets that establish authority and attract leads. Key Responsibilities: - Video Production - Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos such as tutorials, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and tool reviews. - Create motion graphics, animations, and branded intros/outros to enhance video content. - Optimize video formats specifically for YouTube, including long-form videos, shorts, and livestream support. - Manage the video publishing pipeline by handling thumbnails, titles, metadata, and captions effectively. - Graphic Design - Design visually appealing YouTube thumbnails, infographics, diagrams, and presentation decks. - Produce various visual assets for blog posts, case studies, and lead magnets that align with the brand. - Ensure consistency in branding across all digital platforms. - Collaboration - Collaborate with subject matter experts from DevOps, cloud, and IoT teams to visualize technical topics effectively. - Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign visuals, social media distribution, and lead generation assets. - Ensure that the design and video output align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Qualification Required: - Proven experience in video editing using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software. - Strong graphic design skills utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools. - Experience in creating motion graphics and animations, preferably using After Effects or similar software. - Ability to translate technical or abstract concepts into clear visual communication. - Familiarity with YouTube publishing, SEO for video, and content optimization. - A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and design work.
