About the Role We are seeking a talented and imaginative Motion Graphic Designer to bring stories and concepts to life through dynamic animations and visual effects. This role demands a blend of creative vision and technical precision, with a focus on producing high-quality content thats visually compelling and aligned with brand guidelines. Key Responsibilities • Create engaging motion graphics and video content for digital platforms, social media, websites, and presentations.• Collaborate with the creative team to ideate, conceptualize, and develop storyboards and visual treatments.• Design static creatives like infographics, illustrations, and social media assets that complement motion work.• Handle video editing, color grading, audio syncing, and final exports to ensure a professional end product.• Work closely with marketing, social media, and product teams to deliver creative assets that support campaign objectives.• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance creative output.• Refine animations and visual elements to meet brand standards and ensure polished, impactful delivery.• Maintain strong attention to typography, color, layout, and overall aesthetics in every piece of work. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in motion design, animation, or a related field Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (or equivalent tools) A strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and design projects Creative problem-solving skills and an eye for detail Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
