Key Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess the following:

• Availability:

  Must be available to work

  full-time and long-term

  with no conflicting outside commitments.

• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English

  are required.

• Curiosity & Learning:

  A genuine curiosity to

  experiment with and learn new technologies

  rapidly.

• Software Proficiency:

  Demonstrable expertise in Adobe After Effects

  for advanced animation and motion graphics.

• 3D Motion:

  Experience with

  tools and techniques for creating high-quality 3D motion videos

  (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or 3D tracking/rendering workflows within After Effects).

• Research Skills:

  Strong ability to

  research and document

  technical or business-related topics.

• Preferred Experience:

  Experience working for

  AI platforms

  or familiarity with the broader

  technology space

  is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing

The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Video Editing:

  Editing raw video footage from the Tars team to distill

  key messages

  and create strong, engaging video hooks.

• Animation:

  Creating

  full animated videos (1-20 minutes)

  to clearly explain the underlying technology and architecture of the Tars product.

• Content Engagement:

  Making

  long-form content

  (e.g., 20-minute videos, 90-minute webinars) dynamic and captivating for a technical and business audience.

• Product Expertise:

  Deeply learning and understanding the

  Tars product

  and its

  AI architecture

  .
