Video Editor - Social Media

You will be responsible for creating engaging and high-quality social media content as a Video Editor. Collaborating closely with the social media team, your role will involve bringing ideas to life through scroll-stopping videos that align with current trends and the brand's storytelling style. Key Responsibilities: - Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels. - Keep abreast of the latest editing trends, transitions, reels, and viral content formats. - Brainstorm and execute content ideas in collaboration with the social media team. - Enhance videos using voiceovers, AI-generated elements, text overlays, music, and dynamic visuals. - Ensure all videos are brand-aligned, engaging, and meet platform-specific standards. - Manage end-to-end post-production processes from raw footage to final delivery. - Maintain a quick turnaround time while upholding quality standards. - Work on both static and motion content including posts, ads, reels, and stories. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a social media or marketing environment. - Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve. - Strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Familiarity with the latest social media trends, sounds, and creative editing styles. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Creative mindset with an eye for effective social media content. Good to Have: - Experience with AI-based editing tools or automation platforms. - Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation. - Understanding of social media analytics and audience engagement patterns.
