Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled, passionate, and detail-oriented Video Editors to join our creative team. The role involves editing a wide range of wedding-related content including cinematic films, trailers, teasers, BTS footage, and social media reels. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual storytelling, proficiency in industry-standard software, and a keen eye for detail and emotion. This role is central to how our wedding stories come to life, from raw footage to refined, memorable films.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Storytelling

• Edit full-length wedding films, trailers, highlight reels, social media edits, and BTS videos
• Interpret creative briefs to craft compelling narratives
• Sync audio, select appropriate music, and ensure smooth transitions and pacing

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the creative and production teams to align edits with overall event aesthetic and tone
• Contribute to visual ideation, including look references and stylistic cues
• Maintain consistency with brand standards across deliverables

Post-Production Workflow

• Work efficiently using software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
• Perform basic to intermediate-level color grading, audio balancing, and sound design
• Organize and maintain edit files, sequences, and backups in a structured workflow
• Export final deliverables in required formats for web, client delivery, or social platforms

On-Ground Support (as needed)

• Join shoots or pre-event recce days occasionally to support live edits or gain creative context
• Coordinate with cinematographers and photographers for footage transfer and direction

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory
• Familiarity with After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools is preferred
• Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling and emotional pacing
• Ability to handle feedback and revisions professionally
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Understanding of different formats and resolutions for digital platforms and client use

Qualifications:

• Formal education in film, media, or communication is preferred but not mandatory
• Portfolio of previous wedding-related or storytelling-based editing work is required
• Candidates must have practical experience using professional editing software
• Open to both experienced editors and skilled freshers with proven capability
