Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field (or equivalent work

experience)

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a marketing or creative agency

environment

• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and

Final Cut Pro

• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video work across different mediums and platforms
• Solid understanding of video production, including lighting, camera techniques, and audio

recording

• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends and best practices.

1. Video editing:

   Edit raw footage into polished videos, using industry-standard editing

software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. Add visual effects, transitions, and sound effects to enhance the video's overall impact. Edit videos for social media, online ads, website, and other digital platforms.

Creative development:

for video projects. Interpret the creative brief and translate it into visually compelling stories that engage and inspire the target audience. Provide input on visual storytelling and
creative execution.

Storytelling and pacing:

resonant videos. Understand pacing, rhythm, and timing to create videos that are visually and emotionally impactful. Select the right shots, sequences, and music to create a
cohesive narrative.

Technical proficiency:

to-date with the latest camera, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure high-quality

footage. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and social media trends and best practices.
