Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Video Editor Intern who can help us craft compelling, relatable, and visually engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn. From financial explainer videos to social-first brand content, you’ll help bring SalarySe’s storytelling to life.

Key Responsibilities:

-Edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn content) with modern transitions, captions, and sound design.

-Collaborate with the content and design teams to translate scripts and ideas into engaging video formats.

-Repurpose long-form content (webinars, podcasts) into short, snackable clips.

-Stay updated with video trends on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to keep our content fresh and relevant.

-Manage raw footage, organize project files, and ensure timely delivery of edits.

Who We are looking for-

-Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut (professional or desktop version).

-Strong understanding of pacing, cuts, audio syncing, and storytelling in short-form content.

-Familiarity with Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts trends and formats.

-A creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, typography, and visual design.

-Prior experience in video editing (personal projects, college societies, freelance gigs all count!).

-Bonus: Skills in motion graphics or animation.
