As a Video Editor at our company, your role will involve transforming raw footage into engaging videos that align with our brand's vision and storytelling goals. You should possess a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Edit video footage to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience. - Collaborate with directors, producers, and team members to grasp project objectives and requirements. - Utilize editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Avid to produce high-quality content. - Enhance production quality by incorporating graphics, sound effects, and music. - Perform photo manipulation and typography tasks to support video projects. - Manage video files through FTP and maintain organized project asset archives. - Contribute to the creation of 2D animations and videography during the editing process. - Ensure timely completion of all edits while upholding the highest quality standards. Qualifications: - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Bridge. - Experience with Final Cut Pro and Avid editing software. - Strong understanding of photo manipulation techniques and typography principles. - Familiarity with FTP protocols for effective file management. - Knowledge of Maya for potential 3D animation tasks is a plus. - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines. - Strong communication skills and effective collaboration with team members. - Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through video.
