Role & responsibilities We're looking for a Video Editor who doesnt just cut clips but crafts rhythm, energy, and story. Someone who can edit like a director, think like a designer, and flow like a performer. You'll help shape narratives that move audiences emotionally, visually, and virally. If you love editing with intent, designing with instinct, and experimenting with AI + motion tools to push visual boundaries, this is your stage. What Youll Do Transform raw footage into emotionally charged, high-impact videos Edit reels, campaign films, explainers, and immersive brand visuals Add motion graphics, title animation, sound design, and visual effects Integrate AI-based tools (where relevant) for speed, enhancement, or innovation Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and designers to build bold visual identities Meet fast-paced timelines without compromising storytelling or aesthetics Preferred candidate profile What You Bring 25 years of hands-on video editing and motion graphics experience Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite Bonus: Familiarity with Runway, Descript, or other AI video tools Sharp sense of timing, transitions, color grading, and audio sync A strong visual aesthetic and understanding of storytelling rhythm A portfolio that speaks (literally and visually)
