As a Video Editor at Agadh, you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality video content tailored for social media ads, digital campaigns, and brand storytelling. Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential to produce engaging videos that drive results. With a minimum of 3+ years of experience, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to impactful projects. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and high-performing video ads & content. - Trim, cut, and arrange footage to maintain storytelling flow and brand aesthetics. - Color grade footage for a professional and visually appealing look. - Optimize video formats, resolutions, and sizes for different digital platforms. - Create ad creatives for Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube). - Edit user-generated content (UGC) ads, testimonial videos, and brand storytelling visuals. - Develop engaging short-form content, reels, videos that drive engagement. - Collaborate closely with the creative team to align video edits with marketing goals and ad strategies. - Adapt and repurpose existing video assets into multiple formats for different channels. - Coordinate with scriptwriters and motion designers to enhance visual storytelling. - Stay updated with digital marketing trends, audience preferences, and platform algorithms. **Preferred experience and qualification:** - Proficiency in Editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc. - Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Trends: Understanding how video content impacts conversions, engagement, and performance marketing. - Experience in editing high-performing ad creatives for brands. - Understanding of UGC ad trends, meme edits, and viral content formats. - Ability to repurpose video content for different social platforms. **Additional Details:** Agadh offers a competitive salary bracket of 40,000 - 55,000/month for this full-time, permanent position. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the job location is in person. There is a yearly bonus provided as well.
