About Us: Natya Arts Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is a dynamic company dedicated to preserving and promoting classical arts, including Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, Mohiniyattam, Chenda, and Carnatic music. We are an online/app-based Indian classical arts learning platform, creating engaging digital content to showcase the beauty of these traditional art forms. We are looking for a talented Video Editor and Videographer to join our creative team. Job Responsibilities: Videographer: - Capture high-quality video footage of performances, interviews, and promotional content. - Plan and execute video shoots, ensuring proper lighting, angles, and composition. - Operate and maintain camera equipment, audio gear, and lighting setups. - Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing content. - Stay updated with the latest trends in videography and digital storytelling. Video Editor: - Edit raw footage into compelling visual stories for social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns. - Apply color correction, sound design, and motion graphics to enhance video quality. - Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all video content. - Work closely with the marketing and social media team to align video content with promotional goals. - Manage video assets, ensuring proper organization and backup of projects. Requirements: - 2+ years of proven experience as a videographer and video editor, preferably in the arts or entertainment industry. - Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.). - Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Passion for classical arts and storytelling is a plus!
