Video Anchor / Content Presenter (female)

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Camera Hosting: Serve as the primary on-screen talent for short-form social media videos, explainers, client case studies, and branded content.
• Content Creation: Work with the Creative and Strategy teams to brainstorm, script, and deliver video content that is trendy, educational, and drives audience engagement (likes, shares, comments).
• Brand Voice & Tone: Adapt your presentation style to seamlessly match the unique brand voice and target audience of different agency clients (you might be serious for a finance client and silly for a food client, sometimes on the same day!).
• Performance & Delivery: Present scripts with high confidence, excellent articulation, and strong, charismatic body language, ensuring maximum audience retention.
• Improvisation & Takes: Demonstrate the ability to work quickly, take direction, and improvise/ad-lib as needed for unscripted or spontaneous content (e.g., live streams, interviews).
• Technical Awareness: Understand basic video best practices, including framing, lighting, and audio, to ensure high-quality production standards.
