Key Responsibilities

• ViciDial Administration.
• Install, configure, and maintain ViciDial servers and clusters.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and apply updates/patches.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Ensure uptime, security, and smooth operations of call center systems.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of ViciDial installation and administration experience.

· Strong knowledge of Linux server administration.

· Hands-on experience with Asterisk PBX.

· Proficiency in MySQL/MariaDB database management.

· Strong skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).

· Familiarity with VoIP, SIP, and networking concepts.

· Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues quickly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
